QS. Mutinda MutukuHe serves the company as the Managing Director. He has a bachelor’s degree in Building Economics from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management based in London. He is a practising Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He started his career working for a general construction company before moving to private consultancy. He is a registered Quantity Surveyor and a professional member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK) and Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK). He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London and a practising Arbitrator. |

QS. Tom ChirchirHe serves as the Finance Director of the company. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Building Economics from the University of Nairobi and Master’s Degree in Facilities Management from Leeds Beckett University. He started his career in a private quantity surveying before moving into the field of property and facilities management. He is a practising Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and facilities management. He is a registered Quantity Surveyor and a member of both the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (IQSK) and Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK). |
