Buildnett Consultants started operations in January 2004 as a professional firm offering quantity surveying consultancy services. The practice later converted into a limited Liability company in December 2010.

The company is registered with the Board of Architects and Quantity Surveyors of Kenya (BORAQS) and is one of the leading quantity surveying firms in the Kenya.

Our offices are located in Utumishi Co-op House which is in Milimani area at the outskirts of Nairobi Central Business District in Kenya.

We pride ourselves in offering personalized service to our clients that goes beyond quantity surveying services. In addition to competency in quantity surveying, the company has staff with expertise in the fields of risk management and facilities management. Our clients often benefit from additional advisory services in these fields which are at most times offered ex-gratia. Indeed, we have offered construction design solutions that have improved the return on investments for several of our clients after reviewing the initial briefs.
